  • 1 medium size lime, cut into approximately 1 inch square wedges
  • 1 tablespoon instant-dissolving sugar
  • 2 ounce cachaca (5 tablespoons)

Place lime in cocktail shaker. Using large spoon, muddle (gently pound) wedges to release juices. Add sugar and fill shaker with ice. Add cachaca and shake vigorously. Serve in highball glass over crushed ice.
