Aji Sauce

  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled, stone removed and mashed
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or to taste
  • lemon, juiced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
